Make your own cinnamon rolls!

It may seem hard, but it’s actually kinda easy to make your own cinnamon rolls! I’ve found the perfect recipe for you, so let’s take a look. Shall we?

Ingredients:

  • 10 slices of puff pastry
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Cream cheese
  • 1 spoon of powdered sugar
  • Vanilla sugar

Recipe steps:

1: Make sure the slices of puff pastry are defrosted when you use them. Knead one large ball of dough and place it on a clean surface, covered in flour.

2: Grab a rolling pin and make sure the dough is about half an inch thick when you start rolling it.

3: Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the raisins, but don’t forget to soak them in lukewarm water for a couple of seconds.

4: Use a pastry brush to add a layer of melted butter to the flat dough. ‘Sprinkle’ the mix you just made of the cinnamon and sugar.

5: Roll the dough and cut it in small pieces.

6: Place the cinnamon rolls in the oven for about twenty minutes. (Make sure the oven has been preheated on 180 degrees). Bake them golden brown.

7: Make a topping by mixing the cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla in one big bowl. Use an electric mixer and make sure it’s a smooth texture. Spread the glaze over the cinnamon rolls and you’re all done!
