Switch to milder products to see if the pimples reduce or disappear and make sure it doesn’t end up on your forehead.

5. Sweat

Do you often sweat on your forehead? That can also be a reason for the appearance of pimples. Dirty pillowcases can also be a culprit. Oil and sweat from the skin can build up in the pillowcases, so it’s important to wash those regularly.

Unfortunately, some people are genetically predisposed to acne, making them more prone to acne breakouts in certain areas.

7. What to do?

Fortunately, there are a number of things you can do against the pimples on your forehead:

  • Cleanse your skin once or twice a day with a mild cleanser.
  • Benzoyl peroxide is a remedy that often works well against acne. It’s available at the drugstore or pharmacy.
  • Never squeeze the pimples, because then you often make it even worse and you can cause scars.
  • Drinking enough water doesn’t signal your sebaceous glands to produce extra sebum to keep the skin soft and flexible. This prevents pores from becoming clogged due to an overproduction of sebum.
