Healthy smoothies as a snack!

We all enjoy a snack on a regular basis. More often than is good for us, we reach for the unhealthy snacks. If we want to be healthy, we eat pieces of fruit or vegetables. To create some variation (well, sort of) I have some healthy and delicious smoothie recipes for you!

  1. Creamy banana smoothie
  • Bananas
  • Almond milk (or any other type of milk)
  • Granola

Bananas contain many vitamins, such as B16 and B12. Pour some almond milk into the blender and add pieces of banana to it. Then add some granola for that extra crunch.

2. Mango smoothie

  • Mango
  • Coconut milk
  • Chia seeds

Cut a mango into cubes, add a little coconut milk and add chia seeds in the blender for some extra flavour.

3. All green smoothie

  • Spinach
  • Bananas
  • Kiwis

You may be thinking: who puts spinach in a smoothie? Well, it’s quite tasty! And if you disagree, let me try to convince you why to try this smoothie: because of the fruit, you hardly taste the spinach!

4. Tropical smoothie

  • Mango
  • Peach
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice

The combination of mango and peach provides a delicious fresh taste. The freshly squeezed orange makes it complete.
