How to start your day in a chill way?

There goes your alarm clock. You turn it off with a sigh, because you know that if you don’t get up, you’ll be late. In addition, things often go wrong in the morning. But hopefully with these tips you’ll get through your morning a little calmer!

  1. Make preparations

Nobody has the time or inclination to have breakfast in a rush. Because breakfast should be a moment of pure peace. You can also prepare your breakfast (if possible) the night before.

2. Plan outfit

As with breakfast, it’s not a bad idea to get your clothes ready the night before. Because some people can hesitate for a long time about their outfit for the day. You can also use that time to have a more relaxed breakfast and stay in bed a little longer. Plus, it saves you time looking for that one pair of pants.

3. Don’t snooze

I know, it’s tempting. But it’s really bad for you! Because when your alarm goes off, your body is alert. And then when you fall asleep again, your body gets confused.

4. Routine

If you wake up at a certain time every day, you get used to the early morning faster. Your biological clock will then adjust to your rhythm and you’ll get out of bed more easily in the morning!

5. Don’t use your phone

I completely understand that you want to scroll through Instagram in the morning, but it’s better to leave your phone for what it is. Because when you pick up your phone, you’re immediately exposed to stimuli. And it’s nicer to be completely zen!
