Your personality according to your sleeping position

Do you always sleep on your back? Or on your side? You may never think about it, but did you know that your sleeping position may be connected to your character? Do you want to know what your favorite sleeping position says about your personality?

1. Fetal position

Do you like to sleep on your side with your legs pulled up and your arms folded? Then you may radiate that you’re hard and tough, but you’re actually more sensitive than you think! You could even say that you tend to be more shy. It mainly means that it takes a while to get comfortable with new people. But that doesn’t last long, because soon you will relax and become much more social!

2. Mummy

Do you often sleep on your side with your arms and legs resting straight at your sides? Then you’re very social and easy to get along with. You really enjoy being part of a group of people. You also trust people quite quickly and sometimes you’re a bit gullible. So you have to be a little careful with that!

3. Longing

Do you prefer to lie on your side with both arms extended straight in front of you? Then your personality is very open. You can be a bit cynical and suspicious. It may just be that you’re a doubter, and therefore find it difficult to make decisions. But once you make a decision, you’re determined and stick to it!

4. Sleepy soldier

If you often sleep on your back with your arms close to your body, you often set high standards for yourself. But also to others. On the other hand, you’re quite quiet, and also very reserved.

You like to sleep on your back with your legs straight. Your arms are raised, with your hands resting at the height of your head. You place great value on having friendships. You’re selfless and don’t like to be in the spotlight. You’re someone who likes to listen and you help people in need wherever you can.
