Most people love craving cookie dough as if their life depends on it. So, what could be a better combination than mixing cookie dough with chocolate? This recipe looks like cake pops but is just slightly different. If you’re ready to learn how to make these, I say: let’s go!
What do you need?
- 125 grams of unsalted butter
- A quarter cup of sugar
- Half a cup of brown sugar
- 2 spoons of milk
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 and a half cup of flour
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Choco drops
- Chocolate sprinkles
- Melting chocolate
- Ice cream sticks (cut in half)
- A big bowl
- Hand mixer
- Baking tray and baking paper
Which steps do you need to follow?
Step 1: Grab a big bowl and add the butter and the sugars to it. Mix all of this for about three minutes.
Step 2: Add the milk, vanilla sugar, flour and salt to it and mix everything until it ‘becomes one.’
Step 3: Add the choco drops and mix it again.
Step 4: Put the mixture in the fridge for about thirty minutes.
Step 5: Grab a baking tray and cover it with a ‘sheet’ of baking paper.
Step 6: Take the mixture out of the fridge and make small balls from the batter. Put them onto the baking tray.
Step 7: After you’ve filled the baking tray, you’ll place it into the freezer for about fifteen minutes.
Step 8: Melt a bit of chocolate in a pan or microwave to make the dipping sauce.
Step 9: Put the half-cutted ice cream sticks in the cookie dough balls.
Step 10: Put the balls in the chocolate (dipping them).
Step 11: Once you’ve dipped all cookie dough balls in the chocolate, you can decorate it with the chocolate sprinkles. And you’re all done!
