3 new smoothie recipes for you!

I’ve shared multiple recipes lately, some had smoothies written down somewhere. So, right now, I’ve found three more. Three new ones. And without further ado: let’s take a look at them!

1. Tropical smoothie


  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 200 milliliters coconut milk
  • 250 milliliters orange juice
  • 1 spoon of grated coconut
  • 1 spoon of honey

What do you need to do?

Cut the mango and banana in small pieces, and mix this with the coconut milk and orange juice in a blender. Add the honey and stir all of this. Pour the smoothie in 4 big glasses and sprinkle some grated coconut on top!

2. Strawberry smoothie


  • 2 boxes of frozen strawberries, about 225 grams
  • 250 milliliters orange juice
  • Couple of fresh mint leaves
  • Fresh strawberries to garnish

What do you need to do?

Put the frozen strawberries, along with the orange juice, in the blender and mix it until a smooth mixture occurs. Add the mint leaves and mix it all together for one minute more. Then divide the ice cold smoothie over four glasses!

3. Blueberry smoothie


  • 100 grams of blueberries
  • 75 grams of raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 150 milliliters of low-fat yogurt
  • 1 spoon of lemon juice
  • 2 spoons of honey

What do you need to do?

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix it all together. Pour the purple smoothie in one glass and garnish it with some blueberries and raspberries. Oh, and it’s also pretty delicious with strawberries or frozen fruit.
