Make your own monchou in a glass!

Who doesn’t like a dessert after dinner? Though, I can understand you don’t really want to spend a lot of time on making one, seeing as you’ve been cooking already. Therefore, I share an easy recipe with you! It won’t take much time at all! Let’s take a look, shall we?

Ingredients (for 6 monchou glasses)

  • 6 glasses
  • Half a pack of Bastogne cookies
  • 75 grams of white caster sugar
  • 1 pack of monchou
  • 75 grams of margarine
  • 80 milliliters of whipped cream
  • Custard fruit strawberries

How to make it:

  1. Crumble the bastogne cookies, by using a rolling pin.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the cookie crumbles, while stirring, to the melted butter.
  3. Fill the bottom of the glass (till 1,5 centimeters) with the cookie mixture.
  4. Put the glasses in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  5. Mix the monchou with half of the sugar, until it starts to look ‘airy’ and ‘fluffy.’
  6. Mix the whipped cream with the other half of the sugar in another bowl. Wait until it turns stiff.
  7. Mix the monchou with the whipped cream, until it starts to look ‘airy’ and ‘fluffy.’
  8. Put that mixture on top of the bastogne bottom. Then, add the custard fruit strawberries. Enjoy your dessert!
