Your health being told by your pimples

Everyone has to deal with pimples. It doesn’t matter how much or when, everyone does at some point. They can be seen throughout your entire face. But did you know that there’s a reason for? Why they appear on a certain spot? Well, I’ll tell you why!

Forehead

Pimples on your forehead can mean multiple things. You either: don’t sleep enough, don’t drink enough water, have a wrong diet (too much added sugar) or it can even be caused by using wrong hair products. Do you use greasy products for your hair? Try to stop using that, and see if the pimples will go away!

Eyebrows or temple

These pimples appear a lot because of you having a bad circulatory system, trouble with your gall bladder, eating too much fat or drinking (too much) alcohol. So, you should pay attention to what you eat and drink enough water.

Nose

Pimples on your nose can be caused by a bad diet, bowel problems or a bad circulatory system. It may help to take more vitamin B, use less salt or massage the skin around your nose (with clean hands though!)

Cheeks

Are your cheeks filled with pimples? That may happen because of you eating large portions of food, use dirty makeup brushes, use a dirty phone or a dirty pillowcase. It’s important to clean your brushes regularly, clean your phone once in a while and to change your pillowcase once a week.

Chin

Pimples on your chin are mostly caused by your hormones. Is your period getting closer or are you using a different version of the birth control? That might be the reason why you suffer those red ‘bumps’ on your chin.

Where do you suffer pimples the most?
