Brownies are mighty and delicious, but sadly a bit too small. Stop, reverse… Small? I have a solution for that! You may wonder: what in the world are you talking about? Well, I have a recipe that contains a bigger amount of brownies: a fudgy brownie cake! How you make it?
- 100 grams of pure dark chocolate
- 100 grams of butter
- 200 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams of flour
- A pinch of salt
- Cacao powder
Steps to follow:
Step 1: Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Step 2: Mix the chocolate with the butter and sugar in a pan, place it on the stove and let it melt. Don’t forget to stir!
Step 3: Add the eggs to a bowl and beat/whip the eggs.
Step 4: Add the cacao powder, flour, beaten/whipped eggs and a pinch of salt to the melted chocolate mix and keep stirring until stiff peaks form. .
Step 5: Pour the mix in a baking tin and put the cake for about 30 minutes in the oven. Make sure you check the cake to determine the baking time needed after the 30 minutes are done.
Step 6: Leave the cake to let it cool down and place it onto a plate.
Step 7: Add a tiny layer of cacao powder to finish it off!
Have you ever baked a brownie cake?
